When I made the decision to have a new office built I was looking forward to the new building, and at the same time not looking forward to the construction phase. Having been in the construction business a number of years ago I felt I knew the hassle I was about to face. The difference between a nightmare experience and the pleasant one I had was the contractor I chose. Every deadline was met and the job was actually completed ahead of schedule.
